Bernie Torme has passed away at the age of 66. He has played with Ozzy’s Blizzard Of Oz. He filled in after Rhandy Rhoads died. He also played with Gillan and Desperado. Weezer has a new album coming out on March 1st titled “The Teal”. It’s a covers album. You can pre-order it here. The new single from it is their version of Black Sabbath’s Paranoid. The band stayed pretty true to the original.  The exception that it seems to be a bit faster paced and cleaner. They give its the Weezer sound as it doesn’t sound as heavy yet still true to the song. Black Sabbath has released a performance clip from their concert film titled “The End”. Due out November 17. The band chose their 1970 hit Paranoid.
