AC/DC Releases “What Do You Do for Money Honey” Live From Tokyo in 1981!

AC/DC will be celebrating their 40th anniversary of “Back In Black”, which came out July 25th, 1980. The band has released What Do You Do for Money Honey live clip from their 1981 show from Nihon Seinenkan, Tokyo. You don’t get the full song, but you do get part of Angus Young’s guitar solo. This was taken from a Japanese TV show and you see their credits within the video. I have nothing bad to say about the classic track, it is one of my favorites from the band. I would call the performance a rare one but you would have seen the concert in full from their 2007 “Plug Me In” DVD release. That aside, it’s great to see the guys at this stage of their career. The video shows all of the members, Angus and Malcom Young, new singer at the time Brian Johnson, Cliff Williams and Phil Rudd, but really spotlight Angus and Johnson. IT’s interesting to realize at this time Johnson doesn’t sport his famous hat that we have come to know him for over the years. Check it out below.
