Random thought this week, I don’t really care what any rock star says about another rock star, because in most cases things are taken out of context. This week has had Ace Frehley, slamming Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, Ted Nugent calling out Sebastian Bach, Mike Portnoy on Dream Theater, Geoff Tate vs Queensryche, Dave Lombardo and Slayer, Skid Row and former members and sadly Tommy Lee calling the town of Allentown concert goers absent. Who cares? Get back to the music.

Slipknot’s new album .5: The Gray Chapter will be out on October 21st. The album title is an obvious reference to their former bassist who passed away from a morphine overdose. They released a new song this week called The Devil In I. Listen to it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wKw3oGb9-g

Stevie Ray Vaughan And Double Trouble will have a box set coming out, entitled The Complete Epic Recordings Collection. It will be a 12 disc set out on October 28.
