Blackberry Smoke Release Their Version Of Marshall Tucker Band’s “Take The Highway”
Blackberry Smoke has a new EP coming out on June 19th titled “Live From Capricorn Sound Studios”. You can pre-order it here. This time the band has given us their cover of Marshall Tucker Band’s Take The Highway featuring current member of the band member Marcus Henderson on flute.
I have to say this band knows how to do a remake of song and make it their own like nobody else. This song is fresh and spectacular. The flute is what really makes this song but when they jam is my favorite. Actually, there is nothing that I don’t like about this song. I’ll leave it at that and let you take your own eargasmic journey. The video is the band playing the song in the studio including Henderson. Check it out below.
