Blackberry Smoke Releases “Mother Mountain” Acoustic Single Featuring Oliver Wood!

Blackberry Smoke has a acoustic EP coming out on October 26th titled “Southern Ground Sessions”. You can pre-order it here. The six song EP was recorded at the Southern Ground Studios in Nashville, TN. The latest single features Oliver Wood of the Wood Brothers. The song is from their current album “Find The Light”. Mother Mountain is a great tune. I love the harmonies in this. This band just seems to get better at everything they do. Lyrically, they always hit me in the heart. Musically they just seem to play the right notes to make a great story come alive and Charlie Starr’s  vocals make you believe everything they say. This song with Wood adds a moody feeling to the track. This is a nicely done acoustic number. Check it out below.
