Blue Oyster Cult Release “Stairway To The Stars” Live!

  Blue Oyster Cult has a new CD/DVD/LP bundle coming out on August 7th titled “45th Anniversary – Live In London”. You can pre-order it here. Stairway To The Stars is the lead single from it. The song first appeared on their 1972 self titled debut album. I forgot how great this song is. The riffs are pure rock ecstasy. The fact this track sounds so good live all these years later says something. This is Buck Dharma at his best. This is well worth listening to just for the guitar solo. Amazing guitar work here. The video shows them playing the song, but it doesn’t seem like they are playing in front of an energetic crowd but the bands into it. Check it out below.
