Dirty Honey Releases Killer New Single “California Dreaming”!
Dirty Honey will be releasing their self titled debut album on April 23rd. You can pre-order it here. This is album that I have been waiting for. I can’t wait to hear it. Ahead of its release is their leading single California Dreamin’. No, it’s not a cover, but a different take on the dream. When you read lyrics like;
“Ain’t no rest for the weary Crossing the desert at night Now that I could see clearly I was just a slave to the grind”
You know you are more sorrow minded than happy about what you are feeling. Dream busted. Musically, this is eargasmic. You get everything, powerful vocals, hard driving rhythm section and fantastic licks. I really enjoyed the guitar solo. This is as good as it gets for a song. The video has a lead woman that goes through doors and shows the not so pretty side of California. You get some interesting backgrounds and you get to see the leading lady go through some things. It really goes well with the song. Check it out below.
