Dirty Shirley Release “Here Comes The King”. Another George Lynch Band!
Dirty Shirley, the new side project by George Lynch (The End Machine, Lynch Mob, Dokken and million others) and Dino Jelusick (Animal Drive, Trans Siberian Orchestra). This is one of the projects that I look forward to from Lynch. They have a new album coming out on January 24, 2020 that is self titled. You can pre-order it here. Here Comes The King is a great tune. You get what you expect from Lynch as far as solos and riffs. No disappointment there. But Jelusick’s vocals are outstanding. If you are looking for someone to take the mantle that Dio once owned, this is your guy. He nails it and is the highlight of the song to me. I can listen to him sing all day. This is a great pairing to me. Magical almost. I’m hoping there is more to come like this. The video is the band performing the song for the most part. You get to see what they bring to the song.
