Jimi Hendrix Releases Muddy Waters Song “Mannish Boy”!

Jimi Hendrix has a new album coming out on March 9th called “Both Sides Of The Sky”. The song is cover of Muddy Waters Mannish Boy. It’s previously unreleased. The song was recorded with Hendrix’s Band Of Gypsys. I have played the track several times and just love it. Everything about it is exciting, hearing Hendrix sing and play the guitar. The rhythm of bassist Billy Cox and drummer Buddy Miles are quite complimentary to him. The song holds it’s own and makes you feel like it should have been released when it was supposed to.
