Soundgarden are looking for help from their fans. They are looking for memorabilia on the band to be featured in a documentary film about them by Banger Films. U2 announced dates for their Innocence And Experience Tour. You can get them here:http://www.u2.com/tour. I do find it interesting that they went from stadiums to arenas in a short time. Just something to ponder.

In January, Iron Maiden will be releasing their beer called The Trooper in the U.S. It will be the Tall Boy can. Can’t wait to try it as it was a huge success in the U.K.

In other Aerosmith news, drummer Joey Kramer is opening a coffee shop in North Attleboro, MA, based on his own coffee beans. It will be called Joey Kramer’s Rockin & Roasting Cafe. It’s to open in early 2015.

Chris Martin, frontman of Coldplay, said their next album may be their last. I for one hope that is true. It would make me happy not to have them pollute the airwaves. Never was a fan.

Lillian Axe guitarist, Jon Ster, has passed at the age of 52 from heart failure. RIP!

Phil Rudd was arrested again for making a threat to kill a father and daughter of a construction company. I doubt you will be seeing him on any future AC/DC projects whatsoever.

Rolling Stones Saxophonist, Bobby Keys, has passed at the age of 70, in his home. RIP!

Also passing away this week was Ian McLagan, keyboardist for The Faces and who worked with many bands like the Rolling Stones. He suffered a stroke at the age of 69.

I like to leave with something new to check out. If you like southern blues type of rock, then you should definitely check out Devil’s Hollow. They are from Texas and have been on hiatus for awhile.
