Nick Menza 2016 is turning into quite the year for rockstar passings. Nick Menza of Megadeth fame, died last Saturday at the age of 51. He had a heart attack while he was performing with his band OHM. RIP, Nick!
Rival Sons Rival Sons streamed a new track this week called Tied Up. It’s from their forthcoming album, Hollow Bones. It comes out on June 10. You can listen to it here.

Skillet released a new song this week from their new album due out on August 5th, titled Unleashed. The song is called Feel Invincible. Listen to it here.

The Monkees
The Monkees are on a roll. This week they released yet another song off their soon to be released album, Good Times, out on May 27. This one is written by Ben Gibbard, from Death Cab For Cutie. The song is called Me & Magdalena and features Mike Nesmith on vocals. You can listen to the song here.

Rumor has it that Aerosmith is considering touring without Steven Tyler. Keep in mind they wouldn’t replace him. Just tour without him. But they haven’t decided yet.
Spraygun War
Spraygun War is a side project by Buckcherry’s frontman Josh Todd and guitarist Stevie D. They released a song called OMG from their soon to be released EP, Into The Blackness, out on June 10. You can check out OMG here.

Slayer will be appearing at the San Diego Comic Con International on July 21.
