Just about 10 years ago (Feb 20, 2003) in a town called West Warwick, R.I., right near where I live, something tragic happened: The Station Fire. A 100 people died that night, attending the Great White show. I was actually on my way home from work that night to catch the show; instead my wife and I were giving coffee and water, etc. to the firemen/officers and others while they dealt with the fire. Needless to say I was devastated and if you go by there now you will see crosses and things that people put up in memory of the people who passed that night. Supposedly, last year they go the ok to go ahead to make some type of memorial there. We can only hope.

Speaking of the Station Fire, fan or not, depending on how you feel about the event,. Great White is releasing a 30th anniversary live show called: 30 Years- Live From The Sunset Strip. It comes on February 26th.
