Disturbed have released their fourth episode of the making of their new album, Immortalized, out on August 21. You can watch it here:

Iron Maiden is releasing a limited edition beer. This one is called Trooper 666. It will be out October 1.

Pop Evil released a new song this week called In Disarray. It’s from their soon to be released album, Up, out on August 21. You can check it out here:

Overkill will be releasing a box set, Historikill: 1995-2007. It will be released September 18.

Canned Heat will be releasing a CD/DVD set titled Songs From The Road. It celebrates their 50th anniversary tour. It comes out on August 7th.

The Eagles will be receiving the Kennedy Center Honors this December. No official date has been stated.

Last week’s Rockucation question was: This band originally was named the Beans but changed their name for their first record. They are from San Francisco. They were known for wild stage shows featuring actual sex on stage, political satire and picking on the media. Who is that band? The answer comes to us from Chaska, MN. Bryan Kuntz was right with The Tubes.

The Scorpions released a video for the song We Built This House. It’s from their latest album, Return to Forever. Unfortunately in the States, we can’t watch it here, but the rest of the world you can watch it here:

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds released a new video for Lock All The Doors. It’s from their current album, Chasing Yesterday. Watch it here:

The Sword released new audio this week of their song, Empty Temples. It’s from their album High Country. It comes out on August 21. You can listen to it here:

Mad Season will be releasing their reunion show, as well as their last performance with Layne Staley. They both come out on August 28.

New supergroup, Act Of Defiance, released a new song this week called Refrain And Re-Fracture.  Their debut album, Birth And The Burial, will be out August 21. You can check it out here:

Bullet For My Valentine released Army Of Noise, off their soon to be released album, Venom, out on August 14. Check the song out here:

Supergroup Metal Allegiance has released a new lyric video for their song, Can’t Kill The Devil. It’s off their current self titled debut album. You can check it out here:

Ghost introduced their new song in a short clip this week. You will know him as Papa Emeritus III. He will be on their next album, Mellora. It will be out August 21. You can watch it here: They also released a new song called From The Pinnacle To The Pit. Watch it here:

Speaking of Lamb Of God, they released a new song featuring Chino Moreno from the Deftones. It’s off their current album, VII: Sturm Und Drang. The track is called Embers. You can listen to it here:

Supergroup Saint Asonia released a lyric video for their song, Let Me Live My Life. This is the third song from their soon to be released debut album. It comes out on July 31. You can check out the track here:

Queen will be releasing a special edition vinyl box set on September 25. It’s called The Studio Collection. It will contain 18 remastered albums.

Keith Richards released a new song from his soon to be released solo album called Crosseyed Heart, out on September 18. Check out the song, Trouble, here:

WASP will be releasing their new album, Golgotha, on October 2nd.

Lynyrd Skynyrd released the video for Free Bird, from their new CD/DVD tribute show called, One More For The Fans. It comes out on July 24. Check it out here:

Phil Rudd (AC/DC) falls into the if you care anymore department. While on house arrest, he got arrested again. That is all.

Bon Jovi is releasing a new album on August 21, called Burning Bridges. It will be followed by a world tour. But the band is releasing two new songs before its release. They are We Don’t Run and Saturday Night Gave Me Sunday Morning.
