Steel Panther released Party Like It’s The End Of The World off their current record, All You Can Eat. Watch it here

Ghost released a new track this week called Absolution. It’s from their new album out on August 21, titled Meliora. Listen to it here

Billy Gibbons is releasing his first ever solo album on October 23. It is titled Perfectamundo. The title kind of leads to a Latin based sound for the album. We shall see when it comes out.

Motorhead has a new album coming out on August 28, called Bad Magic. You can check out their new single, Electricity, here

Udo Dirkschneider said his next tour will be the last time he does Accept songs. He will put that chapter of his life behind him after that tour. He is calling it the Accept Farewell Tour.

Saxon has a new album coming out on October 16, titled Battering Ram. They just put out the video for the title track. You can watch it here

I don’t usually post things like this, but I have never seen anything like this for any band. First, it was a crowd funded campaign by fans to get the band to play Richmond, VA. Now a 1000 musicians gather in Italy to get the band to play there. I find that amazing. That band is the Foo Fighters. David Grohl said he would be seeing them soon after this came out. Mick Jagger and Martin Scorsese finally announced their fictional TV series for HBO about the 1970s record label executive. It is called Vinyl and it has a 9 episode order. No airing date has been confirmed yet.

David Gilmour released an animated video for his title track of his new album, Rattle That Lock. The album comes out September 18. You can watch the video here

Trivium’s new album, Silence In The Snow, comes out on October 2. They released the title track and you can check it out here

Bon Jovi released a new lyric video for their song, Saturday Night Gave Me Sunday Morning. It’s for the fan based album, Burning Bridges (a shot at Richie Sambora, maybe?). The album comes out on August 21. The song is unmistakable Bon Jovi. You can listen here

This week the supergroup Teenage Time Killers have streamed their new album, Greatest Hits Vol. 1, which is out now. I’m not sure this is a supergroup in the sense we know the term, because so many musician guests play on this album. But you can hear that it’s definitely influenced by their punk roots. Listen here

Rumor has it that Jimmy Page wants to release the work he did with Chris Squire and Alan White of Yes, otherwise known as XYZ. The name is for ex-members of Yes and Zeppelin.

South American rockers, Sixty-Nine Crash, released their cover of Billy Idol’s Rebel Yell. You can check it out here
