Robert Plant is releasing a new album entitled, Lullaby And…The Ceaseless Roar. It comes out on September 9. This is the first release off the album called the Rainbow. Watch it here:

Ted Nugent released another song from his up and coming album, Shut Up And Jam. The album comes out on July 8. In the meantime you can take a listen to this one here:

If you’re in New York City on July 8th, and if you make your way to The Hard Rock Cafe for 6 p.m., you will be able to see Judas Priest signing their new album, Redeemer Of Souls, as long as you purchase it. Judas Priest also announced their tour in support of their new album with Steel Panther opening. You can ge those dates here:

Overkill released a lyric video for their new song Armorist. It’s from their soon to be released album White Devil Armory, out on July 18. You can watch it here:

In the in case you care department. The original lyrics for Bob Dylan’s song, Like A Rolling Stone, received $2 million dollars in an auction. Now that’s crazy.  Not sure why someone would pay that much for them. Go figure as they say.

Quiet Riot will be releasing a new album called 10. It will come out on June 27. It will feature six new songs with current singer Jizzy Pearl and four live songs with Kevin Dubrow. You can watch the trailer for the album here:

The album will be followed by a tour starting in October. He thinks this record is rock and roll and, well, let’s just say I don’t. Soul singer Bobby Womack has passed at the age of 70. No causes have been released. He is relevant to this page because he wrote the The Rolling Stones number one single, It’s All Over Now. He has also worked with Todd Rundgren.
