Eric Clapton is releasing Forever Man on his birthday. When you ask? April 28. It will have 51 tracks. 3 CD/2 CD/2 LP vinyl set and digital downloads.

Andy Fraser, bassist for Free, passed at the age of 62. He was battling both cancer and aids. RIP, Andy!

Molly Hatchet drummer, Bruce Crump, passed away at the age of 57. No word on cause of death. RIP, Bruce!

Van Halen released another audio clip of their soon to be released live album with David Lee Roth. The live 2 CD set is titled, Van Halen: Tokyo Dome In Concert, coming out March 31. Last week, I stated that the Rolling Stones were going to announce tour dates for North America on March 19. Apparently they changed their mind. Just last week, I announced that A.J. Pero (Twisted Sister, Adrenaline Mob), had just joined a new band, Four By Fate. Unfortunately, he had a heart attack and passed at the age of 55. He is being mourned by many a rock star, including Twisted Sister. You can read their comments here: RIP, A.J. You will be missed!

Supergroup Dead Daisies have added John Corabi to their band. He will be recording with them for their second album to be released in June.
