Jethro Tull is releasing a box set of their album, Too Old To Rock And Roll, Too Young To Die. It is the TV Edition. I can’t even list everything that’s going on with it. It’s quite unique in that regard. But you can check it all out here

The HBO TV series that Mick Jagger and Martin Scorsese called Vinyl finally has an air date, which is January 2016. They also released a trailer for it and you can watch it here

Dennis Dunaway of the Alice Cooper Group was doing a book signing in Dallas, TX. He was there for his current book, Snakes! Guillotines! Electric Chairs: My Adventures In The Alice Cooper Group.  The surviving members of the said band surprised him and they did a 8 song set with him. How cool is that? The last time they were together was when they were inducted. Anyway you can check out the cool reunion here

Most of you know my stance on The Rock And Roll Hall Of Shame and this year’s ballot proves it once again. Janet Jackson, NWA, etc, Is it the rock hall or what. Ten Commandos is a new supergroup. Yes, another one. This one features the following: Matt Cameron (Pearl Jam), drums; Alain Johannes (Queens Of The Stone Age), guitar; Ben Shepherd (Soundgarden), bass; and Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees), as the singer.
