You Were The One is the lead single form the record. For a young band, their sound has a familiarity to it. Despite being a young band, their sound is familiar. It's like a mix of The Police and The Motels. De Trolio's vocals showcase diversity. The song has interesting musical changes. Calamar's guitar work is catchy and melodic.
