Paul McCartney (Beatles) has released a new single this week called Who Cares from his new album “Egypt Station”. The song is an anti-bullying song. In this case they are the “idiots”. McCartney had this to say about the song:
“My hope is that if there are kids being bullied — and there are… Maybe by listening to this song and watching this video, they might just think it’s not as bad… that it’s the kind of thing you can just stand up to and laugh off and get through.”
The song is uplifting and says you are worth a lot more than the said idiots think. The video is like a mini movie as it stars McCartney as psychoanalyst hypnotist and Emma Stone as his patient and they do a tongue in cheek thing about bullying when the song starts. I think this is well done and McCartney shows he still has his acting chops. You’ll enjoy this one, check it out below.
