Ringo Starr Releases A New Single “Here’s To The Nights” With All Star Cast!
Ringo Starr has a new album coming out on March 19, 2021 titled “Zoom In”. You can pre-order it here. Here’s To The Nights is the lead single from it. From a musical perspective there is nothing here to blow you away, nothing really new here. But for the purpose of what it is, it’s perfect. This is a song being sentimental. I can picture this song being sung on like a New Year’s Eve party, drinking or dare I say a funeral. When you read the words on the chorus you’ll get the idea;
“Here’s to the nights we won’t remember With the friends we won’t forget May me think of them forever As the days that were the best May we make some noise together Make a beautiful mess Say we did it all”
It gives way to celebrate relationships and binds that can’t be broken. The song was written by Diane Warren (Aerosmith, KISS, Alice Cooper, etc). Starr has invited a slew of guests on this like Paul McCartney, David Grohl, Steve Lukather and Joe Walsh to name a few There are way too magneto list but fortunately for you there is a list under the video. Some of them sing, some of them ply but it is pretty awesome get all of these people on one track. Unfortunately, there is no video of them performing it yet, just a stream of the sing.
