Metallica are streaming a teaser of their song Atlas, Rise. It’s from their soon to be released album, Hardwired…To Self Destruct, out on November 18. There is a countdown for the song as they plan to release it in full on Halloween. Check it out here.

Helmet Helmet are previewing their new song, Life Or Death, from their just released album, Dead To the World. You can listen here.
Paul McCartney Paul McCartney wrote a new song for the animated film Ethel & Ernest. The song is called In A Blink Of An Eye. The film came out on October 28. No release of the song as of yet, but I’m told it plays over the credits.
Seventh Wonder Seventh Wonder released a performance video for their song, The Promise, off their current live album, Welcome To Atlanta. Check it out here.
Trivium Trivium have a reissue of their debut album, Ember To Inferno. It will feature all the bells and whistles that comes with these things, This one is due out December 2nd. Here is a performance clip to help promote it for the song, Pillars Of Serpents here.
Pink Floyd Pink Floyd have released a song ahead of their soon to be released box set titled, The Early Years 1965-1972, due out on November 11. Check out Green Is The Colour here.
Liverian Livarian is a band out of Garland, Texas, just starting out. I thought I would give them a shout out. You can listen to their songs on their Reverbnation page here.
The Pretty Maids The Pretty Maids have released the title track of their soon to be released album, Kingmaker. The album is out November 4th. Check out the song here.
David Lee Roth Steve Vai has stated that there is a strong possibility that the Eat ‘Em And Smile line up of David Lee Roth’s band will reunite. They did try earlier this year and it didn’t happen. Maybe there is some chance this will happen.
Richie Blackmore’s Rainbow Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow put out a performance clip from their soon to be released CD/DVD, Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow- Memories Of Rock- Live In Germany, out on December 2. The song is Perfect Strangers and I hate to say it, after watching the clip it’s anything but perfect. I think it’s just terrible. If the rest of the performance is like this one, I would stay away. I expected so much more and was so anticipating this one. But you can judge it for yourself here.
Whitechapel Whitechapel have released another video off their current album, Mark Of The Blade. This track is called Bring Me Home. You can check it out here.
The Graham Bonnet Band The Graham Bonnet Band released another song this week called Where Were You. It’s from the album called The Book, out on November 4th. This one does nothing for me. But you can see for yourself here.

Shinedown The Neal Morse Band have released another video called So Far Gone. It’s for their soon to be released album coming out on November 12. The record is titled The Similitude Of A Dream. I think the song is pretty damn good. See for yourself here.

Sick Of It All Sick Of It All released a new song this week called Black Venom. It’s from their new album out on November 4, called When The Smoke Clears. Check it out here.
