Steely Dan releases new live version of “Reelin’ In The Years”!

Steely Dan will be releasing a new live album “Northeast Corridor: Steely Dan Live!” from their 2019 tour. The record comes out October 1st and the digital comes out September 24th. You can pre-order it here. The second single from it Reelin’ In The Years was recorded from their appearance at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. This is one of my favorites from the band, not that you care. I’m just amazed at the clarity of the music. It gives the live thing a little bit of pop. A nice touch is the drum solo, which makes being at a show better than just listening to a record. We don’t get a video but a stream of the track. I am hoping one of the releases will have a performance. Check it out below.
