Tom Petty has a new box set coming out on October 16th titled “Wildflowers & All The Rest”. You can pre-order it here. Confusion Wheel is one of several unreleased songs within the box set. The song was written in 1994 during the “Wildflowers” Sessions. The song could be used to describe what’s going on today with the pandemic. When you read verses like this how could you not?
